DISCLAIMER: This episode was recorded and released prior to the
arrest of one of its guests, Kyle Carrozza. We at Escape From Vault
Disney strongly condemn Mr. Carrozza's actions and offer our
deepest sympathies to his victims, and we will not be inviting him
on this podcast again in the future. That said, rather than attempt
to rewrite history, we have decided to leave this episode online
and intact as a time capsule of when it was made.
WHAT WOULD WALT HAVE DONE? MONTH on Escape From Vault Disney just
keeps on lumbering along! For our fourth and penultimate episode of
What Would Walt Have Done? Month, the randomizer goes all the way
back to 1971 to cover a made-for-TV movie produced for NBC's weekly
"Wonderful World of Disney" showcase, with a daring, I dare say
even avant-garde premise: see, there's this horse who - get this -
doesn't want to be ridden! Even though he's a horse! Crazy, right?
I mean, if he didn't want to be ridden, why'd he become a horse in
the first place? Why not instead become some other creature, like
an alligator? Or Mitt Romney? No one's ever ridden Mitt Romney!
Silly horse thinks he's Mitt Romney. I'm laughing already and it's
not even remotely interesting. Join Tony Goldmark, Kyle A.
Carrozza, Morgan Funder and Devo Spice as they chop off their hands
with a HACKSAW!
